RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We truly believe you will be happy with your purchase.

In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your choice, you have 14 days from the date you receive your purchase for it to be eligible for return or exchange.

If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  1. Unused; 

  2. In the same condition that you received it; and

  3. Returned in the original packaging (preferably undamaged for re-use please ☺︎)

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Items that are ‘MADE-TO-ORDER’ cannot be returned unless faulty, regardless of the purchase/delivery date. 

All ‘MADE-TO-ORDER’ garments are manufactured when purchased - we do this to cut down on over stocking excess garments.

Due to this they cannot be refunded after purchase.

Please allow 10 working days for your garment to be made.

Please ensure you are 100% certain before purchasing our ‘MADE-TO-ORDER’  items.

We want you to be happy with our service, so if you do change your mind after purchasing a ‘MADE-TO-ORDER’ item; please let us know as soon as possible.

There may be a chance we haven’t begun production yet, which means we would still be able to cancel your order. However, this is not guaranteed.

Please note: For your own security and protection we can only issue refunds to the original payment method.

Payments can take between 5-10 working days to appear on your bank statement.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR SOS PRODUCTS

Always check your label first. Below are some general, safe guidelines to follow.

  1. Before washing, turn the garments inside out (seams on the outside). 

  2. Wash with similar colours.

  3. Machine wash is possible but always use a delicate cycle and lukewarm, or cold water (max. 30° C).

  4. Do not use bleach and/or softeners. Use a mild liquid detergent. 

  5. Dry garments flat or hanging, but do not tumble dry.

  6. Do not iron directly on printed sections of garments.

Shipping is completely free, no hidden charges (with the exception of the Free Face Masks, where delivery fee is £2.50). [Masks currently unavailable]

Orders under £100.00 are posted using Royal Mail Tracked 48®, or similar tracked courier service. Expect your delivery to be with you within 48 hours*.

Orders over £100.00 are posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm®. Expect your delivery to be with you within 24 hours*.
